888 Poker Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

By accessing the 888 Poker platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing funds or placing any bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply to all games and services available on 888 Poker, including but not limited to poker, slots, card games, roulette, ludo, cricket betting and football betting. Additional terms specific to individual games or promotions may supplement these general terms and will be clearly communicated where relevant.

If you are under the age of 18, you are strictly prohibited from registering or using 888 Poker in any way. We take underage gambling very seriously and use age verification measures to enforce this requirement. If at any point we have reason to believe an account holder is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending full identity verification.

3.1 Eligibility

To register an account on 888 Poker, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise legally permitted to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth and active contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on 888 Poker. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using a false identity.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise prohibited from using gambling platforms under any applicable agreement.

888 Poker reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

888 Poker accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. The following payment methods are accepted on 888 Poker:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount on 888 Poker is Rs 100. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account verification status. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 888 Poker does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits made from third-party payment methods — accounts not registered in your name — will be rejected and the funds returned. Any attempt to use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of their real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be cleared or the bonus forfeited before a withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals submitted during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–9pm PKT) are typically processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day.

888 Poker does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. In rare circumstances where a player has made a deposit with no subsequent gameplay activity, we reserve the right to apply an administration review before processing the withdrawal.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if we have reason to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, we will notify you within 48 hours and request any information needed to complete our review. Your real money balance is always protected and will not be forfeited without justification communicated in writing.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players on 888 Poker are eligible for a welcome bonus of 100% match on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of Rs 500. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation — no promo code is required.

The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device. If our systems detect that the same bonus has been claimed multiple times using different accounts, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and all bonus funds forfeited.

All games on 888 Poker use certified Random Number Generator technology to determine outcomes. The RNG is regularly audited by an independent third party to confirm that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — such as a disconnection, server error or display error — the game round may be voided and any wagered amount returned to your balance. 888 Poker's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after review by our technical team.

Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial assistance to play games on 888 Poker. Any player found to be using such tools will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited without exception. This applies equally to poker, sports betting, slots and all other games on the platform.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and vary by game type, table and account status. These limits are displayed clearly within each game interface. 888 Poker reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts based on risk assessment.

All sports bets placed on 888 Poker are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules communicated within the betting interface.

• All bets are accepted in PKR. The minimum single bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Any bet for which no reference is generated has not been placed — please check your bet history before assuming a bet is active.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed by more than 24 hours, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to in-play bets where part of the event has already occurred.
• In-play betting is subject to additional time delays and minimum odds requirements. 888 Poker reserves the right to refuse or cancel any in-play bet placed after the corresponding event has concluded, even if the platform has not updated in real time.
• Accumulator bets containing a voided leg will have that leg removed and odds recalculated based on the remaining selections.
• In the event of a clear pricing error — odds displayed significantly outside expected market values — 888 Poker reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This right will be exercised fairly and only where an error is clearly demonstrable.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on 888 Poker and will result in immediate account suspension followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to exploit a technical glitch, error or loophole in the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any table game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or coordinating with others to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Using automated software, scripts or bots in any game.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, including making deposits with the intent to withdraw without genuine gambling activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the 888 Poker support team or other players.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.

888 Poker cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators. Any suspected criminal activity conducted through the platform will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities.

You may close your 888 Poker account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met.

888 Poker may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term within this agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 24 consecutive months will be flagged as dormant and subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 100 until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

Upon account closure for any reason other than fraud, any real money balance will be refunded. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met will not be returned.

888 Poker collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on 888 Poker, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information and gameplay activity. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers protected by industry-standard encryption. You may request access to your personal data, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data by contacting our support team — subject to any legal retention requirements that may apply.

888 Poker is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be entertainment and we take our responsibility to players seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Changes to increase a limit take 72 hours to take effect; decreases are immediate.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for gaming sessions. You'll receive a notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period, you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 888 Poker. This cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular pop-up reminders showing your session time and net gaming activity.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is reliable, fast and secure, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance, unplanned technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888 Poker's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time of any claim. We are not liable for:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits not yet confirmed.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand these terms.
• Disruptions to gameplay caused by the player's internet connection, device or browser.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in this clause limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law, including our obligation to return your real money balance upon account closure.

888 Poker reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect player rights or how bonuses work, for example — we will notify registered players via email and display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor updates, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the meaning of any clause, may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last updated.

Your continued use of 888 Poker after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.
